The second track is haunting. I imagine myself when I'm old, sitting somewhere in a different landscape, in my hometown of which i will not recognize anymore, reminiscing of better vibrant days when everyone you loved was alive and yet the world moves on. You're alone, but yet you feel a silent melancholic peace.
When you are old. How old is old? I am 78 and have just found this - and I can identify totally with what you say!!! Is this the background music in God's waiting room? lol.
For a long time, mostly the 90s, it was fairly normal for black metal artists to release ambient, dungeon synth, or classical styled albums. They just usually did it under a different project name.
@@reichelsperspective6210 That's a big question, but a few off the top of my head (featuring 2nd wave BM guys)... Wongraven Mortiis Neptune Towers Certain Burzum Albums Certain Ulver Albums (arguably) Summoning Lurker of Chalice There are certainly many more that I'm forgetting, but those are all good starting points.
I would never thought that the Ruins of the Celestial Fire, could be compared to what happens in California??? Or on the west coast, in USA??? Or anywhere here in the world??? But I think it could be possible??? But I don't know??? There is some places in space, that the fire is so hot, that it is invisible. But you should all know by now, "Don't play with fire."
i need to stay alone for most of my working time, escape the reality, so this music is miracle. Or there is another good option, get drunk, lie on your bed, close eyes and start your journey.
I just recently discovered Dungeon/Synth music (2-3 weeks ago) and have listened to 7 albums so far. I've really liked them all, but for some reason I just didn't like this one 😐. I just think its kind of repetetive, and most of the tracks sound similar. It feels like a journey through space, but nothing THAT interesting ever happens. Album art is COOL though. Just my opinion folks. Dungeon/Synth RULES!👍.
