On 30 April 2022 Midvaal Raceway hosted their monthly drag racing event. With entries open to literally anyone from the public, we get to see a mixture of street cars and drag cars line up against each other to make their way down the drag strip, chasing their personal best times on the 1/4mile

Pity to see what happened to Eddie in the 1.9Tdi Golf. Gerrit on the edge to breaking 10s in his Golf. Nice video coverage..looks like motorsport is back.

Thanx man. It’s the same lens, I just decided to try zooming manually while being on the gimbal. Little shaky still, but I’ll get used to it 🤘🏻

Sounds easy, but apart from another camera setup, that also means adding another person to the team, who needs to sit all by himself at the 400m mark all day, factor in travel cost, gate fees, food & drinks etc, very unlikely at this stage of the race
