I saw the movie, it was amazing, kept to the facts which was great! I learnt about the battle of Midway in Modern History during my class’s study of conflict in the pacific. I went to school in Australia and I’m glad that we are learning about this time in history. I’m happy that the Australian education board are getting us to learn about a battle fought by America soldiers. The men who fought will always be remembered and they were very brave.
I don't know why people are ragging on this movie. It's more historically accurate than the "Pearl Harbor" movie. Even if they did a couple liberties, they stayed true to making it as accurate as possible. And the cast did an amazing job.
One commonality shared by the NAZI's and the Imperial Japanese military was the fact that they used a huge advantage in men and machines in the beginning to attack and overwhelm with little or no warning.
