I've had my Twist for 15 years and it's a great vacuum! I'm finally having to replace the roller & belt but it's only $99 and easy to do yourself. I agree about the upholstery tool, it really does work well. I found a cleaning wand with similar material as the strips on the Miele tool at a local auto store. That's the magic, it gets pet hair off of upholstery so good. It's nice to use it in between vacuuming the large sectional sofa with just a few passes and not having to drag out the whole vacuum.
I’ve had an S7 HomeCare for a few years now I bought with no suction. Turns out it was missing the little port cover on the back. Finally tracked one down and it’s working. I’ve never daily drove it though. I think after watching this I may do. I do quite like these. They just seem very complex and as cumbersome as a Kirby.
