F78 error = communication error between electronic and circulation pump. This can be defect electronic, defect circulation pump og both. Wish I had a beter anser for you. sorry. depending of the country you live in this may be covered under warranty. but try removing power for 1-2 hours. if it apers agen se if its on 1 program or all of them.

@@alexanders5951 so take as much of the filter stuff apart as you can. Rinse it under the tap. The bit with the ball in needs a wash too, then there’s a little wheel/propeller thing that you need to spin round a few times to make sure is spins freely. That’s about it. It seems it can get a bit gummed up so you just need to clean it up a bit.

@@alexanders5951 it was a while back so I’m a bit hazy an the memory! I think I ran it a few times empty with a cleaner, but that was about it. Good luck!
