There are only 2 things I focussed on and it helped me to grow back my hair: 1. Reducing the factors that cause hair fall like stress, fried and spicy food, smoking. 2. I bought the line but they were out with the shampoo and conditioner so I needed up getting the sea moss shampoo and conditioner it smelled so good and it loved my type 4 hair plus the rosemary hair masque though 🥰
