This is the story of an old model that hadn't seen flight in over a decade. The 17" rubber-powered free-flight model of the MiG-15 was built in 1998, from the Dave Livesay plan. After years in storage, she has resurfaced as a fine flying model, this time over Wawayanda on 10.1.21, in less than ideal conditions. The wind was a force, but I was pleased to see her handle it, and continue on. Seems this old bird is wanting to fly again! Filmed with a Canon SX20-IS & iPhone 11 Pro.
