Wow, he is actually telling the truth!, about ego death. Dying in Christ. People get this wrong totally, because they are stuck in the false " me " aka the Ego aka the flesh. Because when the ego dies in Christ, every day, the ego shrinks and gives more room what some mystics (no , these are not heretics) call " Christ consciousness ". So my vision is this, first he came in the flesh, now he comes in the spirit, he arises from within all of us, if we give him room, by denying the self, pride, jealousy, hatred, self indulgence, I don't know where Mark Mary got this wissdom from , but I read it in the Gospel of Thomas, Jesus says therein , to his disciples when they asked when the Kingdom of Heaven will arrive, he s ay, "The kingdom is already here, but you don't see it" He says we should find it in silence, Silence of the mind, sit down or lie down, focus on your thoughts and see them as not being your thoughts, because they are not, they come up from the ego fishing out of the sea or the unconsciousness, where everything you saw, hear, read resided, you have been programmed , they told you who you are. When you observe your thoughts, and do not fight them (don't resist evil ) do not interpret them, do not analyze them, just observe, don't do anything else. Then they will go away and another one will pop up, you continue to observe them as passers-by. Do not own them, do not judge them etc. Then this one will also go , this will continue, until you, in many cases encounter a void, like being hollow, do not fear, do not panic, continue to observe.
