DreamWarrior......He's saying ''Have a little mercy Mr boiushwar.....French for rich ,stuck up,posh,acroistcat ,uperclass....These were the rich land owners and slave masters of Jamaica....In essence this song is about the injustices of those days .....I Waited 35 years to hear this chooooon again.

It's "Have A little Mercy Mr Bourgeoisie" - it's a plea to the bourgeois rich to be kinder to the oppressed. The riddim here is of course The Mad Lads Coxsone killer "Losing You"
