Last issue it was because of a corrupted Tanya that Dark Spectre even knew about the void and that Zeo Crystal planet within. Slayer could have been captured while trying to negotiate with Ellarian, when she was caught up on why Slayer returned and how due to the Grid being Corrupted the Solar team was taken from her that leads to the decision to sever the void. The Solarix which Ellarian uses to morph was able to absorb grid energy from the Anointed in Necessary Evil’s conclusion and before the events of Beyond the Grid could work without access to the Grid.

SO basically throw away characters for the Solar Rangers. Seems to be too little too late for anything on the Solar Rangers.

Also we finally see what weapon Remi has, it seems to be wakizashi (short sword katana) or a long dagger. Yellow has a battle staff, Blue has a cool blade attached to a metal string that she can fling around like a yo-yo and Red seems to be a brawler who fights at close quarters, which is probably why Dayne chopped off his hand. (I assume it’s Dayne because he is that cruel and calculating in battle as shown previously)

I think Ari’s mindset is to trap Dark Specter in the Void with nowhere to go as he needs to infect the Grid to traverse the multiverse and conquer all life in the totality of existence. The problem is that she is distraught and not thinking clearly with the loss of her lover, she is clearly battle fatigued and slipping a bit in sanity because she has fought and lost so much without a break and taken on all the responsibilities by herself. We have to remember that Ari has spent her entire life fighting and running, but she has rarely experienced a scenario where either option is not possible to create an outcome she wants.

They can use the Zeo crystal planet to amplify the power of the two white ranger power coins to cure the morphin grid of dark specter's influence

Not even the Solar rangers are safe from the corruption of Dark Spector, however it seems her Solartrix maybe the key to saving the grid.

I didnt really care much about the Solar rangers because beyond the grid was pretty meh. But here they are much better written charackters. The ending was a wee bit weird but I guess thats her explaning to Ranger Slayer what happened

Well, this was a big, nothing-burger of a issue. We see even the Solar Rangers are not spared from the corruption, with some of the Solar Rangers getting turned evil. However, we didn't need to see lesbian / gay romance here

@@MatthewLoh-ru1mw in the tv series a monster defeats DS so, if what Deoxy is saying is true that would mean DS would still exist just sealed up within the void. Even if the void implodes DS could survive thus the apt fore mentioned “cliffhanger” comment!

Techinally dark specter has to survive in some shape or form because the timeline of effects

@@Deoxy360 maybe so, but things have changed drastically so that may not happen, i.e Dark specter knowing about and meeting Astronema and the Psycho Rangers earlier than its supposed to be and know ing about their eventual defeat earlier than expected

@@Deoxy360@Deoxy360 it just doesn't 'feel' like this is their Darkest Hour. The Shattered Grid felt significantly more threatening and involved. Dark Spectre doesn't feel like a threat. 120 in particular felt like an issue where the story didn't really move.
