I am Korean. The meat in the video is not very tender. I will give you a hint in the Korean way. Finely chop the carrots in a blender, mix them with the water you rinsed the rice in, and marinate the pork in a net for about 2 hours. The meat will be very tender and rich.

@@jonesslinghofer2407⁠Are you familiar with Samgyeopsal-gui? It’s traditional Korean pork belly bbq, and there’s a very specific way to prepare the meat. It’s not something that Mongolians usually eat. The Korean poster gave a tried and true suggestion on prep to which Artger politely thanked him for. An equal and respectful exchange of regional cooking knowledge between two Asians. What do you know that makes you feel the need to condescend in such an arrogant and self assured manner? Are you virtue signaling on behalf of a Mongolian in front of a Korean while discussing how to prepare a famous regional Korean dish? The arrogance is astounding.

Это особенность монгольской культуры. Они НЕ обгрызают кость, как собаки. Ножом срезать свой кусок и съесть. Тут же все заранее приготовили на порционные куски. Поэтому здесь вы видим как монголов подсаживают на свинину)))

How does he do that thing with the jar?? The strength is crazy! You guys should try Filipino food mukbang sometime - like a 'Boodle fight', which is a huge spread of food directly on banana leaves on a long table. Its a tradition here and would probably be fun to try. If you don't have any Filipino restaurants in Ulaanbaatar you should come visit here! 🍖🌴
