Let me give a summary of how Nicki got 24 bars: Originally, the track was just Quavo and Nicki. Nicki actually name check'd Cardi in her verse. Quavo decided to make the song a Migos and track. Well, of course Cardi heard the verse and flipped out. That is when she broke up with Offset. Migos then told Nicki she needed to change her verse. Nicki needed Altantic to approve other songs she had with artist, so she did but she made it longer 24 bars. Then Cardi decided she was going to hop on the track. Nicki did not know Cardi would be on the track and that Cardi would go first. I personally think, Cardi should have left Nicki's verse alone and then just went back directly at her. That is hip hop. These new kids need to stop whining or stop being rappers. Just like people crying when Kendrick went at Big Sean, Drake, etc on that track. Jeeez......do country music if you scared of lyrical battles.

Takeoff by far the best rapper out the group. Quavo and offset will have a barely decent verse every once in a blue moon, but 90% of the rest of their shit be trash. Quavo a beast wit the hooks though!

Takeoff’s placement is proof that it’s not about talent, but how big of a media hog you are. If his girl was another hot celeb and not Takiya he’d be more out front. But Take is all about the music and no gimmicks.
