We experienced a period of these types of prefab housing facilities for migrants pop up everywhere in the Netherlands some twenty years ago. Adjacent residential areas and shopping malls noticed an almost immediate rise in nuisance, petty theft and other crimes. Individuals would be seen loitering in people’s gardens, peering in windows, hanging around street corners in large groups. Something as impactful as this really does a number on a small community - I feel for those folks. Thanks for shining a light on this development

i live in leighton buzzard bedfordshire and we have huge building going on .from leighton buzzard to a little village called clipstone and up to a village called eggington thousands upon thousands of houses on good meadow land .pub schools doctors surgery .now up at a place called ledburn they are trying to build a huge solar farm over 600 acres of ground full of deer hares badgers etc 1000 pounds per acre minimum =600.000 per year.owned by the rothschild family.this country is slowly being destroyed

Coming from an architect, I have to say fair play that is an awful, dire, depressing looking development. Looks like a bunch of portacabins stacked against each other resembling a POW camp. This should NOT be being built. Did this scheme actually go through the planning process?? Were the nearby residents/homeowners actually consulted and asked for their opinion on this scheme? If they were they must have objected to this turd on the landscape. Public consultation for any development is usually a critical part of the planning application process. Something fishy about this.

We have the same issue here in Australia... our health system is screwed and housing for Aussies is so stuffed... yet our leftist Government are just opening the doors to immigrants and illegal migrants. We've had 2800 people from Gaza who have arrived since December on Aussie funded flights on TEMPORARY visas (6 months emergency); who have now ALL claimed PERMANENT RESIDENCY here in Australia. They will get it granted and then bring their families out too. All 2800 have been given homes, schooling and healthcare. At tax payers expense.

Strange how they can find 20 million to build homes for migrants who have never contributed a penny into the system, but our homeless are left on the streets with no compassion or care from the authorities. I wonder if they will find another 20 million to fund the local infrastructure? IE, doctors, dentist’s schools etc. We have difficulties finding dental treatment, and getting a drs appointment. We are being legally invaded, and our integrity is being undermined by the government and others who are openly encouraging this invasion. 20 years from now, we will all have the joy of living in a Muslim country with the benefits of Sharia Law. It’s not racist to tell the truth, but the truth is hated by those that are deceiving the British public.

I used to visit a friend in Llantwit Major, a lovely little village. I can't believe the poor locals are going to have all these foreigners inflicted on them and able to wander freely about the village. I dread that happening to us, but they don't seem to care where they put them or the effect on the local people
