Such a coincidence, I have just finished doing a live stream (that had been scheduled a week before) on my channel teaching exactly this, except that it is Portuguese 😄😄
a note for bubblers. xano unique id is integer but bubble id is text hence create a column in xano that is type text called bubble_id. use this is as field_name in 17:02 and then for field_value use customer._id so . then _ between customer and id. to ensure it is type variable and not type text.
Thanks for the feedback Jay, this was my first piece of content that I've created and I unfortunately messed up with a few settings when recording the video, which recorded it in a lower quality and I didn't zoom in enough on Xano as I use a large screen. I got this fixed by my third video - I'll be sure to ensure the quality is better moving forward!
@@LachlanXano it’s all good, it actually covered issues I ran into so that was lovely. Next challenge is that instead of dealing with relationships, I decided to create the db on xano as a one to one instead of the one to many I have in bubble so instead of a user with a list of “Posts” I now have a user, and then a Posts table with a post that has a Creator which is a relationship to a User. And I’m having a hard time figuring out how to do this migration-conversion. It’s seems like the smart move long term, but it made for a challenging migration.
@@JayMutzafi Don't hesitate to send me a message in support if you are stuck, feel free to include what your current workflow idea is and I can see if I can add some suggestions.
@@LachlanXano Where is a good place to reach out? I am even willing to pay for help or guidance with this but I definitely needs some help at this point.
The Bubble Data API seems to be a third party plugin that is free. I couldn't find a bubble data API plugin that is made by Bubble, only the regular API Connector ( which is also free)
