Crazy, he was born in West Warwick. The gym I went to was in Warwick. If he had grown up in Rhode Island and went to that gym…he would’ve ended up a nobody…a mediocre club fighter like the rest of us….God Bless him for getting out of Rhode Island.
Cotto boxed him beautifully with barely any mistakes, 3-4 shots then moved off, he turned Abdullaev when Abdullaev went in, making him fall in to his shots. In the first 2 rounds Abdullaev couldn't even hit Cotto clean and in the third Cotto snapped his head back with those straights. I don't understand how Cotto lost, he was the more active and accurate fighter.
I wass in the gym whit abdulaev in Germany before the cotto fight in the pros 4 sparring from France came in all 4 to hospitale 3 days after Word to god he is a Beast
While I agree that Cotto deserved the decision here, I would hardly say he smoked him lol. Very competitive fight during the Olympics, while Cotto definitely smoked him as professionals. Thank you for watching and sharing your thoughts! 👍
Может и проиграл Котто но не не с таким огромным счетом, куда смотрели суди а Абдолаев красава я смотрел его бои и как он становилса чемпионом в Сиднейе2000
Wow. This is some of the worst judging I've ever seen. How did the blue fighter win the first round 4 to 1? I myself scored it 10-9 for the guy in red. Am I the only one who thinks the judging is way off??
@@castro92777 my old trainer told me before i came into the gym that he no longer trained fighters to box amateur due to the ridiculous corruption. He brought a great female fighter up and she was blatantly robbed in a championship match.
3 удара засчитали за 3 раунда? 😂Котто выиграл этот бой,явным преимуществом,как и в профессионале,там не было шлема,вот и отказался этот Мухаммад от боя в 9 м раунде
@@user-sj1kn3kg9j not old enough, he was ranked #1 when he fought Cotto for the championship. Antonio Tarver was 32 ex Olympian when he knocked Roy Jones out!
