It should be slightly darker than what you see in the video. If that's the case, it should be fine :)

You shouldn't have any problem practicing/playing with this ball. It's light and very grippy.

Absolutely, it's a great volleyball.

I think it’s just to avoid any possible future lawsuits. I’ve seen furniture and decorations with that warning. Personally I just ignore that warning if it’s something that I do not consume.

You can use a ball pressure gauge if that's available to you which is more scientific or you can hold the ball by your forehead and drop it when standing on a hard floor, it should bounce by your waist. if it bounces lower, add some air and if it bounces higher, release some air form the ball. That's the method I use :D

I own both Mikasa and Molten and I have to say I personally like Mikasa more than it’s rival (Molten). The V200W is slightly lighter and it’s yellow color makes it a lot easier to see. Also I think Mikasa has better grip.

I would say Mikasa V200W is my favorite for a few reasons . It weighs less comparting to Molten, has better visibility and the grip is much better. If you apply the same power when hitting Mikasa and Molten, I can tell you by experience Mikasa will be faster and more accurate. same for when you're setting the ball. No, it can be inflated like any other inflatable ball. I used my portable air pump and it worked like a charm.
