Just in case folks think "this is just looping trickery", no, it's not. I saw him last night at SJ Jazz Winterfest 2020, and he is amazing. Was 30' away and watching him with my binoculars most of the show. Yes, he will throw down a loop for a percussion/bass line (he did his version of Zep's "when the levee breaks"), but there is A LOT going on over the top. More importantly, musical, emotional, creative. My only critique is sometimes he can border on the excessive-. My preference, don't over spice the food, or throw too many spices into one recipe. Otherwise, what is it? But the guy is a gem (and seems to be truly nice, and down to earth). I look forward to seeing him many more times!

I can listen or watch this for hours on end. He can play one song for the whole show and I wouldn't care!

Got to be top of the class for this type of playing? Very accurate and amazing skills, normally an engineer would spend days mixing shit like that, YOU ARE DOING IT ON THE FLY! Respect and very nice!

I like Stevie Ray Vaughan and his way of playing "Superstition", but I like also your way of playing, the différent tempo is so nice ! Of course, I like fingerstyles because of tapping and the way of touching the strings. Amazing and bluesy.
