I've lost count on how many times I've watched this. An all time classic along with the Mets rant from August 2012.

You know how long it takes a Jet receiver to get 157 yards? THREE YEARS!!!!!!!!!!

Fast forward to 2019 and nothing changed. 1-7 again!

I have one more to add to Idzik's 'resume' and I use that term lightly. He brought in Michael Vick as a back up to Smith who by the way had a .04 QBR that day against Buffalo and Vick clearly doesn't want to be in New York. Why the hell else would he be playin' almost as badly as Geno is? Let the man go. He doesn't want to be there. It's cruel keepin' him where he doesn't wanna be.

Still applicable in 2018...including the mortifying loss to Buffalo.

I dont get why NY media and Jets fans are shocked at how bad the team is. It was fucking obvious that this year was going to be a throw away season. They are saving money, Testing Geno Smith and Rex will be the scapegoat at the end of the season. Then Idzik will hire the coach he wants and will spend money to load the team up how he and his coach want. They have 20 million in cap, have a good front 7 and got Harvin at a bargain deal. WR unit is becoming decent. Draft a QB in the draft like Mariota, keep Vick. You have a front 7, spend money on the Secondary and after you get a QB in the 1st round. Focus on drafting for the Oline and maybe a RB. Marshawn Lynch might be available in FA. They are in the AFC, they only have to compete with NE. They have cap space and some good young players. Once Rex is fired, Idzik will hire his Guy to coach and they will spend and draft players to make that team light years better than what it is now. Its not that hard to see this was the plan going into the 2014 season.

9 times out of 10 I would disagree with Francesa, but this is not one of them. I am 100% on board with this rant on how much the Jets suck as an organization. I mean after Idzik's "press conference" yesterday, it makes Roger Goodell's actually make sense!! That really says something when the commissioner makes more sense than Idzik does. What I think Woody Johnson should do is Sack the fuck Up and clean house. Marty Mornenwhig HAS TO FUCKING GO. No offense after all these years under his helm as OC, he sucks and doesn't deserve to keep his job. Dennis Thurman, HAS TO GO. Besides the D-Line, everyone from LB's to "CB's" ( and I say that with quotes because whatever CB's are on that field are a complete atrocity as DB's) and Rex Ryan, your RAH RAH is done, you have to go, and John "I don't know" Dick NEEDS TO FUCKING GO TOO. Rex is basically a guarantee so that doesn't matter, but to keep Idzdick is just as bad. "Oh we have a great training staff and security and our team trains hard...." ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Literally haven't been as disgusted as a Jets fan for a while. Our team sucks, and besides the exceptions of 09' and 10', we have always found ways to suck in numerous ways, and just like other Jets fans, I'm fucking sick of it. The only thing I look forward too now with this season is to get cheap tickets from stubhub so I can go to the stadium and boo the team throughout the game. For once they don't deserve appreciation as a team at all, what they need is a nice backlash from all us fans who deal with this shit year after year.

that happens to Francesa when he loses money in betting. I stopped rooting for the Jets after this GM brought Smith to replace Sanchez, and when the owner had MT sign Teabow for ratings, right there I could tell that this team was in bad hands. Algo, Rex Ryan has done a poor job this year and his lack of concrete judgement is part of the reason why this team is subpar. As for the players, they under perform because they are not pushed to work hard, what a disaster of a team.
