A millionaire donates a thousand bucks over the span of 13 years to democrats, doesn't want his large company involved with un-necessary drama around controversial subjects and now he is public enemy number one? I fail to understand the logic. You have to be strategic about the hills you die on when many, many people rely on you.

How he decide to go after those customers for supporting him and he trying to spin it now, funny how he wont talk about what he called those people who supported keil. keil wasn't a white supremist, video is clear as day to be a justified shoot. He spoke before having any of the facts. He shouldn't have said anything and him attacking his consumers was stupid as hell. The fact that they've never actually come out and apologized is what it preventing me from actually caring about their company anymore. Even if it legitimately IS a misunderstanding and just miscommunication, they need to apologize for the misunderstanding. If i give them the benefit of the doubt with regards to their ethics, at the very least, their PR has been absolutely abysmal. What's funny is that their damage control AFTER the Rittenhouse post is what did the most damage. The Rittenhouse thing was actually a legitimately sensible thing for a big company to do - "we have no affiliation with 'X' defendant" isn't a controversial statement and is a perfectly reasonable response to that initial photo. The back and forth with a large portion of their customer base after that event is what really stank. That said, Mike raised 10k for Kyle's defense fund at the time, and if he thinks Hafer and BRCC are legit, that has to count for something.

I didn't mind him distancing BRC from Kyle. But the 'enthusiastic' way he did it turned me off. He only needed to say Kyle is not affiliated with their company. The rant was excessive.

BRC took the stance that they did not want to be associated with any type of tragedy unless they were directly involved. And before anyone gets up in arms it was a tragedy. Anytime anyone has to lose their life at the hands of another is a tragedy, that’s how I was raised and what my faith dictates. Do I think there are justifications for the loss? Absolutely. Kyle’s life changed forever that night, and he will never be the same. As a victim of violence and as a man who took the lives of his aggressors. I think BRC as a company let themselves lean too far into politics before this. As individuals they have the right to support whatever issues they want and to speak out as them. The company has the same basic right, but should an organization that is not a political entity be political?

And the two groups you’ve mentioned are taking responsibility for said attack on THE US CAPITAL. Which in itself was an act of terrorism. Second, speaking out against terrorists, which by all definitions any unconstitutional & violent mob is, is not “politically charged”. It’s them following their oath to protect this country from both foreign and DOMESTIC threats. Again I’m not talking about their personal business. If they are contributing to a political candidate as a private citizen and of their free will then they have that right. However a Corporation is not a private citizen. The Corp doesn’t get to vote and are still subject to the court of public opinion. And lastly the Saint Michael, just like the swastika is a religious symbol (in this case a figure) that has been appropriated by Facist groups since at least the 1920s I don’t care if you don’t like who is in the position/seat. You have a right to be upset about that, however have some fucking respect for the seat. For whatever reason these people have been elected into these positions and hold that seat of power. And it is barbaric to rise up against them and those positions without cause. Without our constitution we are essentially just that, barbarians. The worst part about it is that there are ways to change the system in place through our constitution. Is it slow? Absolutely, it’s designed to be a slow process so that we don’t dive headfirst into mistakes. Do mistakes/ terrible laws pass anyway? Evan donated to Tulsi to get her into the primaries as she was the only one on the Democratic party to speak against Hillary, Kamala and the rest of that establishment.
