Disc#1 Track#13: “Black Yodel No.1” was written by Mike Johnson, Country Music’s No.1 Black Yodeler, and songwriter of over 150 yodeling songs. His “Yodeling 40 Years” CD released on 13 August 2006 is a 2-disc 50-song production containing studio recordings, live performances, solo acoustic sessions, and is still available from Roughshod Records. Since April 1981 Mike Johnson has produced 2 45rpms, 11 Cassettes, and 60 CDs for Roughshod Records, and 6 CDs for its sister label, You and Me Records.
