Happy New Year! These new videos are coming at you in 4K resolution and fully optimized to take advantage of your screen real estate! Check an old vlog and see the difference on the left and right sides of the video. I hope you enjoy.
Ok I want a better tour of your car set up! That’s awesome you saved a lot of money by not staying at a room. Soon they will be comping your rooms I hope.
Good to see your back. I just rewatched all your videos and came to the end and realised you hadn't made one in a while. We missed you Cato! Keep em coming!
Good to see you’re back with another vlog! I thought you were done. Helped me build some more confidence back to see your return. To see PokerBeast is not finished lol ! I’ll be buying a card protector for sure! Thanks! Keep it up!
Congrats on the staples. I literally have the same size scar in the same spot after a head to head collision playing soccer in highschool. Looking forward to the future of the vlog!
I’m glad your back at it dude, I got a few vids to catch up on. Your videos motivated me last year to get out and play again after going cold Turkey for a couple years. I ran it up man
Even though it wasn't a winning vlog (money-wise), looks like you had a great time in Vegas so congrats! And nothing wrong with that set-up in the parking lot... :)
Love that you include so many of the cards that are just unplayable, shows that the game is also about having patience. And sometimes you just do need to leave the game if it's not good for you. Best of luck in the new year.
I thought about that bc those types of videos get 100s of thousands of views and I improved on existing designs that have been done to other Prius’ to make it the best. I was able to leave the single back seat in, which no one does. I went to a salvage yard and bought a back seat bottom cushion. Talked the guy from $40 down to $10 (never been to a salvage yard before.) I took my cushion out, thoroughly cleaned and cut the salvaged one in half, and installed it. I got a 6 inch memory foam matress and cut it perfectly to the contours of my cars sidewall. I have 36 inches at the thickest parts and 28” at the thinnest. Then I got a 12v fridge, and run it 24/7 on my 1000w jackery battery. I kept the jackery juiced up with a solar panel I put on the top of my car. I then made 4 layer window shades (using reflectix on either side of a corrugated plastic to create an air gap for optimal prevention of temp transfer. It’s perfect for a solo person.
WELOME BACK AND HAPPY NEW YEAR POKERBEAST!! MIKE THE MOUTH RUNS HIS MOUTH AS MUCH AS HE SNORTS METH NEVER UNDERSTOOD WHY POKER WORLD EMBRACES THE METH ADDICT.
Sadly (and thankfully) there is none. But just imagine a ton of blood, a massive wound, and some real friends taking great care of me. I’ll be buying drinks for a LONG time!
Yup, there was something magical about being able to remove myself from the hustle and bustle of Vegas every night. Also, it’s 10 minute walk to the WSOP center from a room and a 1 minute walk from my car. Pretty luxurious.
Although editing a 16 hour session will be a nightmare, it was a beautiful night (and day😭), a great game and yes I will. It was literally like a 11pm to 4pm the next day session! I believe you were in seat 7? Poker sessions like that are far and few between! Great meeting you!
I prefer tables like this one. They usually have a way of letting you get to your full equity, and letting you know when they have you beat. You'll almost never drag a monster pot, but as long as you throw the table a small bone now and then, they will let you take chunks out them all night.
I’m the same way. This is the kind of table dynamics where you don’t focus on getting a big stack, but instead focusing on an hourly. A table like this you could probably make $50-75/hour. Try and see as many pots as cheap as possible with speculative hands and fold when you know you’re behind. These tables will payoff your good hands. As you said, you likely won’t stack them, but you’ll get chunks.
lol you in the car reminds me when i was 21 going to vegas lol.....im 37 now a little more money and experience no more cars or dennys booths lol....best of luck hope it all goes well...
@pokerBEAST, glad you're back posting! Out of curiosity, how did you run the ac in your car overnight? Did you just leave the car in idle? I noticed a charging station, did you have a portable AC unit?
The Gen 2 Prius is powered by the hybrid battery when not under heavy load. I can run the a/c all night while the car is completely silent from the outside. The engine kicks on for 2 minutes every 45 or so to recharge the big battery. I slept with it on in a very comfortable climate every night.
@@PokerBEAST Thanks man, I run a hybrid (2020 Insight) and may try that strategy on my upcoming Rock Climbing trips. Usually I just crack the window but near southern Utah (or near Vegas) that's still pretty warm at night. Glad you're back vlogging, keep up the great content.
What exactly is a unsuccessful backflip? Did you just do half a rotation and land straight on your head? Did you almost land on your feet and fall? Have you ever successfully backflipped? How much alcohol was involved in this "backflip"? Who had to take you to the hospital and where are the videos? I have so many questions.
Made some trips to Vegas and slept in my van with a full mattress. You can grab a shower at T&A truck stop by Silverton casino, unless you have a gym pass. Back flip into the hot tub or on cement? Good luck at the tables!
500-600 events with 14,000 people in them! It’s like rushing the beach at Normandy, your probably gonna catch a stray bullet, but it’s a wild experience and quite the rush.
