Should make you more sick that he wasted his whole career not providing footage for his sponsors. Given the opportunity to be in let alone GIRL/CHOCOLATE video, wouldn't you give it your all?
@@SkateHoarder for real, I remember being shocked and angry when this part came out because it was clear that most of the footage was old, heck he's even wearing lakais when he had left the team like 2 years before this part
There's a parallel timeline in which Mike Mon never left Lakai, is still one of the most stylish pros out there, and keeps throwing awesome parts... I know it! 😪
Fred Durst of Limp Bizkit said it best. "Life's just a blast, it moves real fast. You better stay on top or life will kick you in the ass!" Now, follow me into a solo.
I was so impressed when his fully flared part came out and totally forgot about this part. Man... WTF! The whole part (tricks, style, filming and music selection) was incredible. Technical slaugther and so much steeze. All the best to you mike mo. You are one of the greatest to ever step a foot on the board! Thanks for the awesome memories.
I remember telling my friends how incredible this video was gonna be and then thinking i was hyping it up too much only for it to exceed it. We were amazed. I still wonder what would have happened if not for his injury. Such a mature style even st 15 when he first came onto the scene
I knew mikemo when he was 13 (his bro went to my high school). Dude was better than everyone back then. It was crazy watching him. Legend has it, he used to wake up at 6am, go skate till school started, then skate after school until he couldn't anymore. Sad we can't see what he would have become. Dude was a legend. And honestly, one of the best skaters of all time.
I stopped skating in 2004 after highschool and it's become so much more technical, I was impressed with a nollie flip nose slide back in the day. Awesome to watch.
At 1:40 when he revisits his line from Fully Flared, I lost it when I saw this for the first time. I know it was a repeated trick but it was Mike Mo doing it….if you don’t understand, I can’t explain. It was just golden.
that ender, honestly happy he was able to drop this, and just man, everyone knew how technically advanced he was.. we got the first chapter into prime mo, we can easily use our imagination to think what he would have done
@@detailsmove this ain’t Bball bruh he all time great didn’t since forecast to then dummy that’s pretty long a decade in the skate world u must jus started skating last year
He can walk but his foot is paralyzed for good. He can still skate better than most of us normal people but he's no where near where he was or could be by his own standards. He snapped his leg laterally, it will never be the same. Such a legend though, he left his mark on skating.
