I mean not necessarily. It's a reach yea but a healthy AD has gone blow for blow with mvp Giannis last season and while healthy he's easily top 10 in the league and mvp candidate. I definitely won't say AD is Giannis level because Giannis is consistent top 3 and AD is more 7-13 depending on health but the only reason there seems to be such a gap is due to health. AD can give you Giannis games it's just that he can't stay healthy. Kinda like Kawhi when he's healthy he was going blow for blow with players like curry, kd, and LeBron in the mid-late 10s but because he can't stay healthy he's dropped from that point. Health is the reason those type of guys can't stay consistently top 10 in the league

It takes a certain mentality to succeed in international play. You cant go in expecting to be a number one option and not play defense. It doesn’t inherently translate to being a better player
