Mikes got the IT factor, yes in the ring he is tough and a cracking fighter, but to be IT you need that SOMETHING outside the ring too, he has that. Well spoken, not afraid to say what is, not afraid to share who he is as a person on a personal level (mentions he's a good father, husband and role model), he's got grit, a strong heart and he believes in himself 100% unlike others who just talk for the camera and pay packet, like he said he'd do this for free and that's why they pay him, not because he 'just' loves the money, but he loves the sport of violence, in the most respectful way. I think we will be seeing more of you Mike, and I'm looking forward to such, keep up the brilliant work, keep growing, keep improving, if you keep doing this, well you already know, the world will become your oyster. Can tell he's a good man. Nice to see.

If Mike takes a dive like Askren and Woodward, then I will never have respect for him again. However, if he fights his best fight, win or lose, he's awesome. And in my opinion, if Jake beats him, then that is a legit win. Sure, Paul is still bigger, but Perry is a legit threat with his hands. He's not like Diaz, who has trouble knocking people out before they are exhausted. He's got some hate in him, early and often.

Jake has a tough challenge . Mike is a brawler , he loves this shit ! Most guys he fought were well past prime while Perry is in his ! Fury was also in prime and won but he’s more technical , should be exciting none the less
