He did however dunk from a few inches behind the free throw line in a celebrity dunk contest in the 90’s. Barry Sanders also did a 360 dunk at 5’8” and 200 lbs which I found more impressive
For some reasons the younger generation have this idea that no one was athletic until last 10 years haha. They say things like Jordan only played vs plumbers. They think no one was super fast or could jump. They never heard of Bo Jackson, Barry Sanders, Deon Sanders, Gretzky, Carl Lewis, Jerry Rice, and Mike Powell for example.

I jump.. and then pump with my arms.. and just going and going.. and I tell people: "look, I can jump 1km easy".. and NO ONE GIVES A FK.. they just ignore me, like talk to the hand... and I just keep pumpin' and pumpin' and NO ONE CARES.. not as cool as dreams where you know you're sleeping and dreaming, and know you can do anything.. and what did I choose to use my superpower for.. cliff hanger ending for this reply..

Sorry, but he wouldn't get anywhere near ninety feet on Mars. The gravity is roughly half that of earth and the air much thinner so drag is almost non existent. I reckon about fifty-five feet theoretically, much less in practice because of course he would have to wear a space suit!
Problem is its a lot harder to get grip and get a good run up due to the lower gravity. Still could probably get farther than 9 meters but not that much farther. Guess we can't really know until we go there
Don’t say sadly be Olympic champion means nothing but to break a long jump world record means enormous more than any thing else in sports especially when remains unbroken for nearly 33 years that’s really a success
Press A to do a Normal Jump, Press B while airborne to do a Jumpkick. Press Z and A while Moving to do a Long Jump, and Press Z & A while stationary to do a backflip.
The video you are talking about is a video of juan miguel ( he jumped 8.85 meters ) in the below 20 years diamond championship so I think the size of the box differs .
I was up to 9 feet standing still and 19 feet running... i was only 15 and hadn't trained much but i figured i could have beat the records in a few years. Unrelated back injury prevented that.
This is the world record which has not been broken even after 30 years , guess what every single leap of a cheetah while running is of 9 metres and a tiger has 10 meter leap
