Mike Reed plays "Girl from Ipanema" on his Hammond Organ 

"The Girl from Ipanema" was my first and most favorite Bossa-Nova.....It was written in 1962, with music by Antônio Carlos Jobim and Portuguese lyrics by Vinicius de Moraes. The 1964 single featuring Astrud Gilberto and Stan Getz, became an international hit. Always a hit on the Hammond Organ by Walter Wanderley, and Lenny Dee. It is on my 1966 organ record "Make it with Mike". Now I play it for you, on my Hammond Organ. All because "Life is Good" with big, luscious chords and drawbar settings that I love so much.
