What's funny is that there is actually a place that sells statues on Central Avenue in Yonkers NY. And the Noo-Yawk accent definitely sounds like people living in Yonkers NY. I guess some of the statues could be used as fountains...LOL And there is (was?) a light store with that same facade on that street.

They're trying some kind of NY-NJ Italian-American accent. Fred's is purposely exaggerated (or he's just bad at it), but Scarlett does it the best in this and the marble columns commercial.
