Already got my moneys worth out of this video. I've been using Ableton for years and never knew how to nudge tracks. lol.

one awkward thing about it in ableton is if youre exporting individual tracks it wont print with the delay. i have the align delay device as a default on every track so i can do it there instead

My work-around is to group every single ”nudged” track before export, rename the groups to the names of the original tracks and then name the original tracks as DELETE or something like that so I can just get rid of them easily when looking over the exported files. This works because group tracks are properly delayed. It’s a pain but it works and allows negative delays unlike plug-ins. 👍🏻

The suggestions here are good, but speaks more about how inefficient ableton can be. I now use Ableton just for creative midi work and export audio to Reaper as I go for arranging and mixing.

duuuude!... thank you for the ms tip... i always wondered what those were for and never bothered to read up on it... i do slide tracks, so this will be a big help. 👍
