@@0Shane13 Can you imagine what damage he would do using the standard elite size fighting glove which is only 12 oz? 16 oz gloves are safe by comparison. Thats why they are typically not used in real professional fights... point being, they both claim this is a real fight. If it were a real fight, they, as heavyweight boxers, would be using the 12oz gloves. This proves it's not a real fight... but only an exhibition match, for the money, hence the 2 minute rounds, and only 8 rounds. A 12 round fight using 12 ounce gloves with 3 minute rounds is a real heavyweight fight. No doubt that's why they like each other so much. They're helping each other make a ton of money under the false pretense that this is actually a real fight. It's not a real fight. They are doing only for money, and they're making sure no one gets hurt in the process. In real fights... there is real danger. That's probably why Jake Paul said, "I might even get knocked down." Jake knows a 58 year old man who smokes cigars and weed...wearing 16 oz gloves can't knock him out but might knock him down. However, I'm not against exhibition matches anymore. In real boxing the refs, commission, promoters, judges, fighters, trainers, and everyone in between are deceivers, liars, and corrupt. Might as well watch an exhibition fight where none of those things really matter so no one gets let down. At least it will most likely be more entertaining. I believe more people are accepting the RU-vidr exhibition matches as boxing grows more and more unsatisfying, greedy, and corrupt. I still don't believe either one of these guys will be hurt in this match... but they will be a lot richer$.

Mike is my favourite fighter of 2000’s to end of his carrier. He might show us good performance also at this fight. No matter what, Mike I sold man already, he is much more slower much more making on damage while striking. In my place against Paul, would be a shame to box with a legend and try to knock him out, the years difference it’s too much for this fight. I’ll understand that there is a money fight, they gonna ear a lot both, but for me it would be a shame to fight old legend in your prime like Paul. Wanting for fight, but sad also.. 🙃

I don't wanna eat my words later, but please keep in mind the type of bulldog Mike is and how much 2 minutes could be to his advantage. I agree, though--- the conditions are ultra-unusual for what's actually a sanctioned fight.

I'm going to bet that Mike cares very little-- if AT ALL-- about the fact that the result of this has actual weight on his win-loss record. I say this because I'm sure Mike knows that his legendary status will always remain intact. And maybe Mike even has moments of "I'm too old for this ish", so he chills.... So perhaps intially Mike takes it a little easy and keeps it more reserved and casual. *This is still VERY HARD to envision because I don't think Mike even knows HOW to truly keep it "fun and games" (A. With Roy Jones, which WAS exhibition, Mike didn't seem to know how to turn that switch off completely; I'm not saying he was trying to knock Roy Jones out-- he definitely wasn't-- but he was still a monster and I think he can only contain his intensity so much... PLUS, B. Two-minute rounds definitely suits Mike's B-line, unrelenting ferocity, so, AGAIN, Mike being chill is hard to imagine... but let's try...) Sooooo.... again... possibilities A and B aside , let's assume Mike's a bit more relaxed about it and basically treats the bout like an exhibition. IF Mike's "fun and games" about it, I DO NOT think Jake Paul will treat it the same. Jake Paul has every reason to actually FIGHT since he has to try to avoid getting another L on his record-- he's the one with EVERYTHING to prove here, not Mike. So he kicks it up a notch, presses Mike, lets Mike know "he ain't playin' ". He pokes the bear. Jake touches the activate-god-of-war button. And Mike chucks the "fun and games" aside-- Jake awakens the beast Mike's learned to keep relatively contained. And Iron Mike actually FIGHTS Jake Paul. And Jake Paul will (hopefully) learn the best lesson ever offered him. In a nutshell, Mike-- though he's an incorrigible bulldog in the ring-- is at the age where he has NOTHING to prove, so I could POSSIBLY see him keeping it friendly. BUT... IF Jake makes Mike feel like he needs to protect himself, may God have mercy on the soul of Jake Paul.

@@tgal164 that can be a realistic scenario that plays out. But I have a feeling this will be more exhibition than real fight. Both fighters have a chance of hurting each other. And I dont think either one wants to get hurt. Mike is too old to get hurt. An Jake is too inexperienced to actually want to take a beating from Tyson. So they will both probably try to take it easy. But I think youre right. If one them goes off script, it will probably be Jake Paul. And if he does that, that may make Mike take it as a serious fight. And I dont think that will end well for Jake
