I'm trying to not merely be a prisoner of the moment...this truly might be one of the best podcasts I've ever seen or listened to. The positive energy and vibrations are completely contagious and intoxicating. I can't stop laughing and smiling. Thank you Andrew and Akaash.
What a man Michael Irvin is. I was glued to every word he was saying. Damn, I'm feeling high off of life just listening to him. One of the best podcast episodes of all time!
Mike Irvin is essentially a natural comic, funny without even trying. When people like Schulz n arkarsh come across someone like this you can tell they appreciate it a lot
This is the first podcast that needed the ad breaks, just so I can catch my breath! Michael Irvin is a first ballot Flagrant Hall of Fame Inductee… he deserves to be on the wall!
I could care less for football, don't have a clue who Michael is, but this was one of the best podcasts I've listened to in a while. Dude has so much wisdom, and so many good takeaways he said. Great episode.
This was one of the best interviews I’ve seen from an athlete EVER. Had jokes, hidden gem anecdotes, and he even dropped game on how wealthy people leverage their income vs debt equity to pay fewer taxes and collect interest on their income! Solid gold interview
Akaash is in heaven right now!! He’s sitting next to a cowboy legend he grew up watching and now he’s chillin with him!! As a fellow cowboys fan I can’t even imagine!
Not to mention what Akaash said at the end, "They say never meet your heroes, but this was better." I mean... imagine being the biggest fan of somebody, then actually getting to sit down and talk with them, and finding out they're actually as cool as you'd always imagined
you can tell someone is genuine when he talks and makes eye contact with everyone in the room that isnt just drew and akaash asking him a question. thats true respect, a true personality. dude seems so cool and humble.
@@arsh5461 Remember, you (the men) are the prize in the relationship. the moment you or your girl forget that is the day your relationship starts to crumble. stay woke
"Uh uh uh CTE!", "I may be bullshittin', but I ain't lyin'!", "ians". When you have personality, a brain and educated yourself, interviewers don't need to lead the conversation, they may direct it a little. But the Guest, is the one talking. Best episode, so far!
Damn right we are! I actually hung out with Leon Lett at Deion's old club Prime Time 21 back in the day! I saw Playmaker and Alfredo Roberts at Fantasy Ranch a few times too!😎😉
Honestly, this was top 5 in Flagrant history. As a guest; Not only was my man Mike hilarious, but his fluidity in speech was impeccable. And the "ians" joke ... had me DEADDD! #Flagrant2 #Flagrancy #MichaelIrving
"You have to be addicted to what makes you happy, not success. When my little niece or granddaughter is taken care of from my grave, when I know they won't have to come up like I did, THAT makes me happy." Line of the podcast. True dynastic heart thinking outside of his own considerations.
True that. Andrew can get really tied up with the success/grind mentality cuz of where he is in his career rn, it was really nice of Michael to pull back and put things in perspective.
It's crazy how much game he spit to them. You can tell shultzy was really taking notes and it's dope cause they know how smart this man is. This is a top episode for me!
I don’t comment on RU-vid videos but this was y’all’s best podcast episode. And I watch every week. Akaash was engaged and motivated. Michael was the star and arguably the funniest in the room. And once again, Andrew was aware and let the others shine. Good shit fellas
Bruh that's a good one! I'm a diehard Cowboys fan but the side I've gotten to see of Irvin on ESPN and all that was NOTHING like this... this dude is friggin hilarious 😄 And I was trying to think who else might be as good and you're spot on! Ol Shay Sharpe is already funny af I can only imagine him cutting loose like this Or maybe Irvin and Sharpe on this? And throw in Skip for fun and let them all drink
The funniest non-comedian guest I’ve seen on Any podcast. On top of being hilarious, he speaks some useful wisdom throughout. Great episode! As for the microphone issues… curious why you guys don’t go to using a high-end Lav mic like a Sanken or Countrymen? I would understand the hesitation if you had multiple guests and had to switch out equipment multiple times per episode. But that doesn’t seem to be the case?
Some of my favorite people in the whole world on one podcast… Michael Irvin may not have been an angel but if you don’t like Michael Irvin you’re not a human… he is simply one of the most hilarious and charismatic people of all time.
This was absolutely amazing. Michael has such a great presence and I'm glad the boys gave him the room to just talk & share his stories/wisdom. My stomach aches from how hard I'm laughing
Michael Irvin is must see, must hear. At the U, he was the best WR they ever had. In Dallas he was the best WR they ever had. His hall of fame speech is the best you'll ever hear. Great episode!!
The mic needed to get closer. But the mic is plugged in, and everyone understands the animated nature of some conversations... My man Miles (?) was sweating for the *right* reasons. Good that you said something.
It's not the mics something wrong with this episode lol most episodes have way better audio quality but this shits unwatchable Maybe this was prerecorded before they put Alex on time out
@@TheAbrahamMichaels audio is hard. Have you ever noticed how come all radio folks are in a room, with panels, and a mic directly in front of them, etc.. All of this is non-trivial. And this podcast wants to be fluid and a hang.. mic'ing a hang is hard work.
@@firstnamelastname180 yeah for me it was unwatchable lol I was listening to it at work and had to cut it off tbh just check any of their other videos, much much better audio.
I can't stand organized sports, but this was THE BEST. It was hilarious, thought-provoking, and inspirational. What a great way to start my day. Thank you!
Came back to this one after they said it was their favourite episode during the studio teardown, missed this the first time. For real Irvin is an incredible dude
Well I'll be tuning into the Michael Irvin podcast from now on. This man is an incredible personality. Smart, great sense of humor, and stories for days. I'm in!
Schultz is only this quiet this episode because when you have someone who is as funny, charismatic and wise as Michael you just sit back an listen cus he is going to be as entertaining as they come whereas when they have a guess on who is cool but not as entertaining to the degree Mike is then Schultz has to be more talkative to help carry the show.
I've seen a lot of great guests come on this podcast but I've never seen a guest with such great infectious energy come on the pod before. There's no doubt this is the greatest guest appearance I've seen on flagrant
8 minutes in am im already crying bro Irvin hilarious as fuck LOL Bro this man said He comin off the field playing double coverage he cant do single coverage in the bed IM FUCKIN DEAAAAAD 😆
So far to date. He's the best personality. Best guest you guys have had. He could actually fit right into the Flagrancy podcast as a regular. Im buhhhhhshittin lmao 💯
