growing up I never watched skate videos, I didn't care about pros and wasn't aware of the skateboard industry beyond blank decks and whatever old trucks someone had. Now that I'm older and don't skate as much, it's nice to have all of the different videos to watch. The monetization of skateboarding is a positive thing, if you don't like it don't look for it.
