Really fascinating dynamic. Pretty cool getting the story behind a lot of the things we’ve lived through. The mental warfare between Will and Vrabel was really funny
Some coaches have a "he'll be a head coach as long as he wants" vibe. The Titans have one of those guys. Cheers to Tennessee from a 12, you got a great coach.
I'm guessing most people don't sit around for 2 hours listening to this.. it is a good episode from player to coach vice versa.. comical too 😂 good job
I'm a Colts fan but I have immense respect for Coach Vrabel. For a guy to inject so much fight into an organization despite the challenges is admirable.
So many great, funny moments on this pod 😂 but my favorite is 1:42:40 Will: what is Bill Belichick in your phone under? Vrabes: Bill Taylor: Daddy LMAOOOO
What great show. A tutorial for anyone wanting to do a podcast. Intriguing, light hearted, organic and respectful. Great job fellas. Podcasts are for the boys.
Vrabel is the man, so glad hes at the helm of my team. Wouldnt want any other coach on the face of the earth coaching the Titans. Epic Pod fellas! #TITANUP!
Jealous Patriots fan here and I agree. Wouldn't trade Belichick for anyone but was a huge fan of Vrabel as a player and love him now as a coach. Belichick is obviously nearing the end of his career and Vrabel would be #1 on my wish list of replacements.
Speaking of Dan Campbell, here he is getting absolutely rocked by Willie McGinest in 2003, ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--_Hvwgs8hVM.html 20:36
This is a REAL COACH, we need more coaches who afraid to sit down and give a long format podcast! Love the future of what NFL is starting to bring! #Blue42
Man, I absolutely love when the whole locker room relationships are on display for us. It's so unique & way different from any other work environment or friendship.. So entertaining & educational 👏🙌
Vrabel was a smart player. His career started with the Steelers but had his best years with the Patriots. It’s not surprising that he’s become one of the best NFL coaches. Vrabel’s Titans have lost games like all teams, but Vrabel has never been out coached. He always has the game plan that gives his team the best chance to win every game.
@@tacotom3492 Yes you’re right. I was just acknowledging that Vrabel’s playing career began with the Steelers before the Patriots but didn’t say it correctly. Like you said, he had about 40 tackles with the Steelers.
FYI to folks not from Ohio and Pa! When a man goes hard on another man like vrabs does, means he cares very much for the other. It’s how these folks share and show love and respect
Green text as a pet peeve should be directed at apple. Like why can’t we all just text that way? And I got an Apple it’s annoying and it’s apples fault
I've been a Bills fan for over 35 years and there are very few players that I hate as much as Mike Vrabel, but even though I despise him, I respect him even more.
Would have loved to see Taylor and will ask vrable about the injury situation from the last two seasons. I forget which episode, but will and Taylor agreed that the staff was over practicing the older vets.
My pet peeve is going to the grocery store and trying to separate those damn plastic bags everytime you need a new one when they’re stuck to each other or the bags in the produce area trying to open the damn bags with your thumbs.
you don’t gotta be a titan fan to know Vrabs is probably the coolest coach in the league. loved hearing the stories behind a lot of the heartbreak & good times through his years.
Really like Coach Vrabe. He was a hell of a player and obviously that trasnlates well to leading a team. A guys guy! As a chiefs fan in Kansas, I always look forward to playing his team. They always play 100% tough as nails! I hear alot of analists say that they bring teams down to their level to play their game? I hate hearing that as he just brings them to play a very physical smart game. He understands it starts in the trenches and never disappoints
Running to the line, every other team walks --teams that won the superbowl walk up to the line. And Vrabs is just like, nope we jog. Non negotiable. Great ball coach. Nice window into the little team culture things that make him a great coach.
