Mikhaila Peterson reveals how 'lion diet' has changed her life 

Peterson Academy CEO and podcast host Mikhaila Peterson has revealed how eating a “lion diet” has helped her with her health problems.
“So growing up I had rheumatoid arthritis, terrible it was the worst case my rheumatologists had seen, I ended up having my hip and ankle replaced when I was 17,” Ms Peterson said.
“I was in the hospital monthly incredibly ill, I was depressed, I was on seven medications by the point I was 23.
“When I was 23, I started looking into alternative ways to fix myself because the mainstream medical system didn’t help me.
“So I went over to diet, which felt pretty out there to me but I thought it was worth a shot because I didn’t really know what else to do.
“I’ve been on a meat diet mainly eating beef since 2017 and it put my symptoms in remission.”
