The thing is it was visually Wakka and Didney but the pun was for the japanese name of tandemaus which is Wakkanezumi

The tea one was a hell of a pun. 茶だ (this is tea) The cha character 茶 read in English is tea so it sounds like Tida which is the Japanese name for Tidus, who was of course the character hiding inside the tea holder.

It’s because it was Mickey that she was freaked out (possibility of stream getting a copyright strike). But it’s also a multi-layered pun. The Pokémon Tandemaus is named Wakkanezumi in JP. The fighter is Wakka from FFX dressed as a mouse (nezumi), hence Wakka-nezumi. It looks like Mickey because 35Ps are extremely cheeky.

Disney is known for their strict copyrights that's why Miko was so afraid. I mean they even sued the parents of a dead kid for putting Spider-man on his gravestone.

They have very different copyright laws in Japan and don't really have Fair Use there. If companies decide what you're doing is a brand risk they can really easily strike your channel or sue you so that's why Hololive places such a high value in asking permission from companies to play their games. Mio had a big problem a few years back with, I think it was Capcom, striking her channel two times? It caused a bunch of problems with management removing videos etc.

JP law is very strict when it comes to parody. Some Holo members already got in trouble because of that.
