MikroTik Load Balancing with Failover using Policy Based Routing 

In time 7:25 , you added a ip like Local-Block 10.0.0.0/8 . How you get this one and another question is how to add vlan list (diffrent subnet vlan) in this policy.

What if customer side having more than 1 pool, like a township having 300 customer using 3 ip pools that we want to route to WAN2, should we only add them to the same mangle rule or create different one. Also what about the Local_Block ?? Also share a video with SRC-NAT or NETMAP which is better and in case of this Policybased routing how to SRC-NAT local IPs with Public IPs ?

this isnt that dynamic. notice the packet drop for a couple seconds when failing over. is this what will happen in real environment where users may notice? I'm told bandwidth based load balancing is more dynamic.
