Netinstall is a #mikrotik proprietary application used to install firmware on the routerboard. This is the tool used in dealing with corrupt RouterOS. Sometimes, folks find it difficult, using #netinstall for for the RouterOS re-installation or recovery due to certain factors. Those factors has being explained in this video and a solution provided.

Oh thanks man, Honestly I feel like an idiot, turn off all firewalls, run the program as admin and it worked. Seriously, thanks. I was getting quite annoyed that it wasn't working.
