With Ibrahimovic, Crespo, Inzaghi, Kaka, Pirlo, Seedorf, Zanetti, Stankovic, Viera, Cafù, Maicon, Maldini, Nesta, Samuel, Materazzi in the same match, it can't be bad football
When football was beautiful and the Italian league is the strongest in the world, now football has become a little boring with the development of tactics and the similarity of talents.
@@alidos5716 kid go to sleep , football is beautiful this times , this was just a good game but all the games italy or italian league were playing were boring and always ended up with 1-0 or 1-1, u want to see real football watch la liga and premier league, italians never played nice football
@@ragnar8771 That's because Serie A used to have the best defenders in the world. Now there are like 4 goals every game but the League is shit and every team has a Mickey Mouse defence line. Goals don't make a game better.
Two powerhouse that made Milan one of the most iconic places of football’s history, those two sides were incredible, the good old days of Milan, hope to see both these clubs dominating in Europe again❤️🖤💙
Ibra, Crespo, Stankovic, Materazzi, Zanetti, Maicon, Vieira, Grosso, Figo, Cesar, Gattuso, Maldini, Nesta, Gilardino, Dida, Kaka, Cafu, Inzaghi, Zanetti, Samuel, and Pirlo all in one match. Tell me which game these days has this much talent all on the same field at once.
@@relentero8547 lol, look at how many like i have (1) versus you (0) .This tells me all i need to know about the stupid opinion u have. The people know CR7 is goat
@@justlesym9014 Or maybe because the football quality had dropped, it led to Messi and Ronaldo dominating. Think about it, back in the days, there were no social media, no smartphones, players eat, sleep and practice, less and less distraction. But today, seemingly they're all having side jobs as influencers From the 15 years from 1990 to 2005, there were about 8-9 legendary Brazilian player, Romario, Ronaldo, Rivaldo, Ronaldinho, Robinho, Cafu, Roberto Carlos, Kaka. But from the year 2005 to 2020, there are about 3 superstars, Neymar, Oscar and Pato, unfortunately, 2 of them didn't even come to fruition. Maybe the advancement of technology is leading to less and less children playing football in Brazil, and maybe that is happening all over the world.
What Stanković did at this game, dear God... Watch the struggle, the passion, the will to win. That is the great spirit of a real sportsman. His reaction at the very last whistle in the end, especially! That's the kind of player every team needs! Salut, mister! 🇷🇸⚽️
Simply no comparison to this level of football from what we watch today. The depth of talent back then was phenomenal All players having amazing ability in shooting, crossing and headers.. The goalkeeping is also just as insane
@@facundorizzo551 No.. it's restricted with tackling laws and players are not given freedom to create but rather follow orders like sheep. As an example.. Brazil 1998/ 2002 would totally destroy any club team today.
I agree I feel like the quality of footballers has decreased. The current batch of players in their prime arent comparable to this talent. Even the group that came after this, like the peak barca teams who were in their prime around 2010 are far better. Look at a guy like Cavani compared to the rest of the "pros" at manutd, past his prime and not getting regular game time but can produce bits of skill that are rare nowadays. He stands out still.
Psg vs Bayern was kinda like this. Action packed till start to finish. But yeah that is the only game worth mentioning in this years UCL. Rest were bore fest. Especially the chelsea ones.
damn this is some crazy match atmosphere, just like ucl final. miss this serie-a era im inter fan, but seeing this milan player like maldini, kaka, gatusso, dida bring some old good memories. hope inter & milan regain their status as elite club of europe soon
These matches remember us that Ibrahimovic is the best stricker (9) of this generation, You can talk about Lewandowski and Suárez, but Zlatan played 10 years against Walls and Top players (Gatusso, Maldini, Nesta, Dida, Buffon, Nedved, Kaká, Seedorf, Henry, Beckam, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Adriano, Zidane, etc etc
Nowadays these kids are RGB Keyboard delusional statistic fanboys. No passion just stats for them. They call him arrogant but I say pride, pride in where he came from, not begging for an easy game but begging for the strength to endure a tough one. Zlatan, the lion.
@@fatbardhr if we were to be serious here or if you genuinely watched a decent amount of soccer you would know that prime suarez and lewandowski are on a way different level than ibrahimovic
Maybe this players are from my childhood and I am impressed, but I seriously think this football was way ahead than football today. So many good players, amazing teams.
He’s got no Serbian blood in him. His dad was a Bosnian Muslim and his mum was a catholic Croat. Get ya facts right before you start telling us what the Scottish Italian Robert McMancini was telling him what to do. OK freestyla85.
@@freestyla85 My apologies @freestyla85 Dejan Stankovic did play for Serbia 🇷🇸. I think I should get my facts right before I start waffling Shite. But apart from that, Roberto Mancini’s dad is/was from The Gorbals. There I go again, talking more Shite. I think 🤔 that is game set & match to you.
@@relentero8547 Oooh, come on, he's constantly injured. I think he's not very reliable from that point of view. I'm not questioning his qualities and talent as a football player, but his "longevity". I think he's too old to play at high levels, that's all.
@@boxingenthusiast4016 Derby della Madonnina is always something special and will be… if you love football, of course. If you’re nostalgia driven pussycat and you’re stuck in ‘90s, there’s no any point for further conversation. Btw, I’m 40+
The Milan derby is the greatest derby in history, the enmity between the two teams, the madness of the two teams’ fans and the legends of both teams FORZA MILAN ❤🖤❤🖤
Stankovic ne' fece un'altra grossa, come al suo solito, che giocatore, e che bandiera dell'Inter, come Zanetti, Materazzi, etc, etc, etc....sempre e solo comunque, Forza Inter forever 🖤 💙 G
Maybe it's because highlights never show missed shots, but I always feel like players in the 2000's used to strike the ball way better than players nowadays, in terms of lacing the ball. A lot of players love curving the ball now, but I feel they're longstriking ability ain't as good as players in this decade.
@@roronoazoro-136 yea agreed , teams like to keep the ball as much as you can because obviously you can’t conceide if you have the ball .... this explain why people shoot so much less now . They wanna make sure that if they give the ball away it’s for a good reason . Alamos why teams walk the ball into the net
Shooting outside the penalty are very rare these days. I guess its a combination of many things, the chances of scoring is quite low, higher pressure from defender giving less time, as you said worse shooters in general in todays fotball and I guess coaches discouraging long shots as well. Its sad because the most beautiful goals in fotball are long shots imo. I guess the Barcelona era contributed to it as well, with their passing play being so dominant.
@@Skumtomten1 How Ironic in the NBA before they all want to shoot inside the 3 point now they all want to shoot outside the 3 point line. In Football before they want to shoot outside but they now all want to penetrate the defense and shoot the best possible opportunity inside. Times changed.
to think that Zlatan is still starting for todays Milan team after watching this is crazy. man was playing and scoring against one of the most legendary Milan teams more than 15 years ago
Football used to be more offensive so we had alot of creative players in different positions. Now its more defensive , better fitness but way less creative .
@@Ar021 fun fact he is probably the most famous top tier player that played in a brazilian club, he played for Botafogo, which is now a second division team
Those long shots damn. I love to See the dynamics and effort from this era of football. Everyone was giving all they had. Today thats not common anymore
Esos derbys eran a muerte ☠️, sin importar si fuera por la Liga o por Champions ninguno de los dos quería ceder. Que buenos tiempos aquellos. Talento puro y cero marketing.
@@gival9042 This, there is reason why Italia produced the best defenders alongside with best freekickers/shooters like Mihajlovlic, Maradona, Pirlo, Stankovic, Nakamura, Miccoli. Recoba, Zico, Del Piero, Zidane, Platini, Roberto Carlos, Adriano, Ronaldo, and etc.. Every teams at least need a good freekicker inside their team back then..
I should have been in San Siro that night.. the night before the match I had a terrible car accident.. I will remember it forever..Luckily we won it..Forza Inter
Dida e Julio César os dois melhores goleiros brasileiros daquela época, Cafú lateral único na seleção, maicon grande jogador... Tá maluco o Brasil sempre revelou grandes jogadores... Bons tempos do futebol!
Aaaahh…. When the men on the pitch were SOLDIERS of their clubs!!! You can debate front and back if football is better now or not, but the passion for the clubs men played for in those days were miiiiiles better than it is today!!
This was truly clash of titan, imagine you have 2 best defenders of all time, best fullback of all time, 3 best midfield of all time, 1 of the best keeper of all time, yet youre down by 3 goals, i cant imagine what kind of determination and mindset of each inter player fought against this team of giant. I simply love late 90s and 00s serie A, it defines quality, excitment, passion and greatness, iam glad that i did not missed the league (at least i get to watch in tv) and i envy those that experienced any of the derby game during this era, its a story to tell
Espulsione di Materazzi esagerata: la maglia non la toglie ! Se la mette in testa ma non la toglie!!! Regola assurda!!! Comunque un derby molto combattuto fu questo !
