Milarex is a young, experienced and international seafood company. Our founder is a legendary salmon processing figure Mr. Jerzy Malek. With encouraging response from the market, the company experienced rapid growth through its first full year of business in 2017 and is now servicing major markets both in Europe and overseas. Sales offices in Germany, Italy, France and Poland are supported by our brand new, high capacity, state-of-the-art production facility in Poland. Construction of the first phase of Milarex production facility (30,000 m2) was completed in 2016, and processing of salmon started in the second half of that year.
