Miles Gemini Walkaround, MOTAT, Auckland, New Zealand. There are two B&W images of ZK-ANU, circa 1950, scanned from my late father's collection. These two pictures were probably taken at New Plymouth. The rest of the images are of ZK-ANT and were taken at the Museum of Transport and Technology (MOTAT) in Auckland, in October 2011 and July 2005. The Gemini was a popular aircraft in the late 1940s and many more would have been sold but for the collapse of the Miles company. One Gemini was presented to WWII ace Douglas Bader on his retirement from Shell Oil. The music is Prelude No. 1, by John Laurence.
