Good job on making a list with some variety and leaving the angry comments section to point out the bleeding obvious. Delighted to see the Cube Attain get some of the lime light for once. I love mine except because it does things so well my what bike should I get next dilemma is difficult because I can’t decide whether to get something more racy and aero or something more rugged and gravel capable.

When you decide to go on a trek, there's only 1 brand to choose from. You choose the bike that does the journey you want. It's probably great to ride around the domain. Race bikes just keep driving you to Albert Park race track every time you get on them. I'm sick of being taken to the race track. When we get to the race track the bike tells me to get off cause it's done It's job of going to the race track. I've got to watch the races from the public stand then get on the Home bike to be taken home. The race bike gets delivered to my house for the next race day. Then it'll take me to the race again.

Trek Domane best endurance bike
@philhouck3560

A stiff frame is nothing new. I still have a Cannondale bike with a massive downtube. And the stiffness of the frame is a demerit, not a plus. A controlled amount of give in the bottom bracket, a flexible fork, wider and supple tires (32 mm isn't wide), rim brakes, and lighter tubing protect the rider from punishing vibration. Let's not forget that for many years, the pros specified bikes that were flexible because they knew that a bike that beat them up meant being an also-ran in the great tours. All I can see in these bikes is a transparent effort to rebrand racing bikes as endurance bikes.

@DynamiteDB
@DynamiteDB 3 года назад
@@alexkennedy644 the Scultura 7000e is a better climbing bike, a little bit lighter than the endurance model and has a more aggressive geometry. The Endurance model would have been ideal if I wasn’t going to take cycling as seriously. I liked the endurance model because it looks better IMO but I’m glad I went with the normal Scultura, It’s tried and tested. This is the first release of the Scultura Endurance, so I might pick one up further down the track.

Nice variety. I wish Ribble and Cube were available in the US. I had the 2016 Roubaix and would have liked for Specialized to offer a future shock upgrade kit as opposed to having to buy a new bike. Instead of a new Roubaix I jumped ship to the Trek Domane and the feel and compliance of the Domane seems world's above the the 2016 Roubaix.

I mean it genuinely is the best all rounder bike out there if you’re considering the top SLR versions.
