Miley was never a bad person. She went crazy for a little while but think about all the pressure she went through being stuck between being who she always was and just being what everyone wanted her to be. Everyone wanted her to stay pure and she was getting older and wanted to explore her sexuality and people treated that like it was a bad thing. Yeah, her Bangerz phase was a little too much but she behaved that way for a reason.
