Miley Cyrus said at the time the record label she was a part of, that this song wouldn't be a hit. She said her fans said otherwise. I'm surprised that they let it be on her album Meet Miley Cyrus if they thought it wasnt going to be a hit. One of the best songs she ever co-wrote in my opinion.

Damn, that’s crazy. I was 11 and I went to camp for the first time. It was my first time being independent as a blind individual and it was the best summer of my life. "i have a heart that will never be tamed" true enough,even to this day,but she definetly crossed the line with "Wrecking Ball".She really hasn't changed that much,if you don't just look at her from the outside.Well,i don't know her,so i can't really judge. but to all the people who say things like :"i wish she would go back to how she was before!" or "she was so much prettier with long hair" or "the old miley is way better than the new miley" ,think about it like this,the Miley you see here is just one side of Miley,she got older,matured a little bit,and became what you see today,but she is still the same person,if your a true fan,love her no matter what.And i think her short hair is gorgeous.
