in his lore, his grandma (who has a twin sister) was banned years ago from the capital of Ixtal, they had to live outside of it for 2 generations. But now that Milio is grown up, his grandma noticed his potential and started to train him in order to become a Fire elementalist mage. The only way for the whole family to be able to come back to Ixtal would be for Milio to join the YUN TAL , the most talented elementalist of the region, but for that he has to pass a test. What happened is that the twin sister of his grandma noticed Milio, and knew that he was family. I'm sure and certain that the Twin sister who stayed in the city is QIYANNA's grandma, she also has many voicelines about her "Omele" . Therefore Qiyanna and Milio are "cousins" .
