You make a nice home. Don't worry about having a lot of decorations. They are just something else to clean. You have a good eye for choosing furniture.
I’m so happy I found you. You’re like a ray of light 🙏 I’m excited to try some of your recipes from your other videos soon lol - I just moved into a new apartment and have a whole new life now. In a small way, through your videos you are helping me feel more “at home” in my new life. Thank you 🙏
Awwww to say you made my day is an understatement! You are family to us always here 💜 you will fill your new home with so much happiness I’m sure. I’m always here to chat sweet girl!
You've got a lovely home! No worries about all the extra "fluff" that you may not have (extra decor). To be honest, as I am getting older, I am trying to "free" myself from some of that extra stuff that takes time for upkeep and such. Making memories is more important than collecting stuff. Enjoy your beautiful family🙂
I hear you on that one lol 👍🏼 25 yrs of STUFF in the attic, basement, (grown & on their own) adult kids stuff theyyyy left behind until they know WHAT to do with lol.. Julia you’re F I N E !!! DONT end up like me looking at all this stuff gotta sell, give away or toss OUT when we put the house up to sell 🙄
I agree 200%....the least amount of "stuff" you have, the easier and faster you can keep a clean house. I'm 63 and easy is what I need now in my life. When my children were babies you don't need a lot of "stuff" to keep clean. Then about middle age you get the "stuff". About 15 years after you get the "stuff" you're selling it at a rummage sale. I like the just moved in look. It's now the only way for me. I don't want to leave a house full of "stuff" for my children to have to get rid of when the Lord calls me home.😊❤😊
Thank you for sharing your home with us. It is nice to see what military housing looks like today compared to when I was in the Navy many years ago. Don't worry about "decorating" just have out what you love. Designer homes are overrated.
Wow!! Military housing has come a long way since we retired from the military! We stayed in housing at Ft. Campbell, Ft. Bragg, Ft. Wainwright, Ft. Sam, and it looked NOTHING like this!! Good for you!
I love your bedroom furniture! You are doing great getting the house together 🌻 I love minimal decor - stop saying it's not spectacular bc your space is great!
Gurl, you have no idea how lucky you are! I was active duty for 22 years and lived in many different base housing units and none were ever this nice. Laminate flooring and that 100 year fencing in the yard is super nice to have. Also the kitchen counter tops are great! My bases were run down and dirty and certainly not modern in any way.
How sweet of you to give a home tour. Your military housing is impressive. The table and bench made lovingly by your dad are gorgeous and truly treasures. You have a beautiful family and thank you for sharing.
Well I must say your military quarters are a bit updated from when we lived in them. I loved living on a military base but then ours were always much larger Ft. Benning, Ft. Bragg etc. Ft. Stewart, GA was the smallest other than flight schools my hubby attended. We were Army 23 years we had great craft shops so when our eldest married my husband made her a table and hutch. God bless you and your little Brinley. We are about to see our Cpt. grandson get out and he will probably contract as well.
Thank your husband for the service and thank you for all of your work! I’m sure you are a pro at military bases now. Thank you for chatting with me! Have a blessed day 💜
Just get a bathroom rug for each side of your bed. I use them every where. All mine are chocolate brown and they match my bedspread etc & doesn’t show dirt. One bathroom rug is pretty blue. But you can toss them in the washer and line dry. I throw ours over backs of our outside chairs to dry.
Your home is beautiful! I love the pantry and the extra storage in the laundry room. Our kids had that Little Tykes car and they put a lot of miles on it :)
Hahaha I’m laughing at the little Tykes car because Brinley has also been putting a lot of miles on it! Thank you so much for the support Kelley it means a lot 💜
Thank you for sharing your home with us. What I wouldn't give for a walk-in closet! :) A great cook like you deserves all of that counter space and storage for her cooking/baking supplies.
I've begun watching you for awhile and don't know how I missed this and your other personal ones but I'm glad I finally came upon it! I love your videos and these help people become moe involved with you!
I didn’t realize you were also a military spouse until your last video when you mentioned the commissary. I’m a fellow military spouse; I’m just at the other end of this life 21 years in and about 2 years from my husband retiring. You are doing a great job 🌺🌺🌺
Thank your husband for this service! You must be an amazing military wife. Congratulations on the retirement so soon! I’m sure y’all are counting down the days 💜
I just now have “decor”. Your house looks great. We make a point to get a local artists photo/painting of each place we’ve lived, it makes for great memories and decorations 💜
Your home is beautiful. I love your little family. You and your husband are so blessed to have each other. I so enjoy your channel. Bless you all and thank you for sharing with us.
Oh. Em. Gee. Brinley is so beautiful and is getting so big! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful cozy house with us. You can tell it is completely filled with love ❤️
How sweet that Brinley gets to keep her car in the garage ;) Nice to have the laundry tucked in that spot. Your home was lovely. LOVE your sense of gratitude. All the best to you!
Wow, your Dad has a real talent for making gorgeous furniture! That’s amazing! I have been looking forever for a baby gate that will work in my space and the first one shown in this video looks like it could be a match! Any possibility you can tell me the make and model of that gate?
Thank you so very much, Carol! I’m so happy she enjoys living here too. We’ve actually moved a couple of times since this video was made😉Hope you have a great rest of your week🙌🏼
Julia, I enjoyed your tour. You have a nice home. I love the fact that you focus on your family. And thank you for answering my previous comment, Lynne
Hi Julia. This was such a fabulous video! I LOVE the dining room set your dad made. It's gorgeous. I love that bureau in your master bedroom as well. That footage of Brinley coming down the stairs is adorable. She looks so tiny. Thanks to you all for sharing your home with us. Give my sweet Brinley a kiss for me. Take care and stay well, my girl.
Thank you so much Cindy. You are so sweet that dining room table does mean a lot to me! Brinley think she’s a big girl trying to come down the stairs all by herself ha ha. Brinley gives you a hug :-)
Your home is lovely and I'm GREEN WITH ENVY over your kitchen! Keep the great food coming, and thanks for inviting us in and introducing your beautiful family.
Thank you so much my friend. I am totally obsessed with the kitchen you should’ve seen my first kitchen ever I don’t even think I should consider that even a kitchen ha ha
Such a lovely home! I can’t believe how much space that house is to be military housing! We are retired Navy and the housing we have seen was not nearly as nice! Thank you for sharing your home!
Hey Julia, I so enjoyed watching this, especially seeing Miss Brinley. She is just the prettiest, most precious little girl. Your house is just fine honey, and beautiful. It doesn't need anything other than the happily blessed family it already has. I can tell that you are very happy there, (other than being so far away from Sam's Club, etc). It looks like its a peaceful "military" neighborhood too. My dad was actually in the military for thirty years, Air Force, my brother was in the Army. My hubby's dad was in the Navy during WWII, and my hubby was in the Marines. Parents have all passed on now, as well as my brother, so we are the oldest left in our families. Sweetie, y'all are so young. Enjoy your lives, so much so that when you are old like us, you can look back fondly with very few regrets. Always let the Lord guide your decisions and your regrets will be "none". I'm done preaching now honey. I really did renjoy the house tour. You've made a beautiful home. As usual, take care, stay safe and blessed.
Your family had amazing military blood, I love it! Thank you so much Deb I appreciate your knowledge and advice it really does mean a lot to me. Thank you for the love. Have a blessed day 💜
Love your home video thanks for sharing. It takes me back 51 years ago when we started out....not much money or anything else. Our furnishings were "early marriage" or "early attic"! You are doing GREAT sweetie. Gotta love little Brinley, shes precious!! Really enjoy ALL your dishes especially the Mexican flair❤
Thanks for sharing your house tour- it’s cute! I’m clueless when it comes to decorating, but one of my best friends is fantastic at it so she pretty much did everything in my house. Brinley is adorable! She’s getting so big!
Thank you so much Cathy! I definitely need a friend who’s good at decorating my home would be a lot more stylish haha! Brinley is trying to be a big girl, she gives you a hug!
I think your kitchen is perfect :) Your extra storage area is wonderful ! Your home is perfect for your little family . Thanks so much for sharing. 🧡🧡🧡🧡
Extra storage space just makes a house so much better doesn’t it?!?! I feel like it is definitely a mom thing to get happy about storage ha! You’re so sweet I hope your week is going well❤️
Wonderful video and quite a privilege being escorted throughout your house. Yours is one beautiful family. Thanks for the tour Mrs. Lovely Tour Guide, Wife, Mother and You Tuber.
Thanks! Pretty engagement picture. Rugs are wicked expensive! I remember pricing them 25 years ago and finally found one for just $50 - it was basically a pale cream/yellow woven rug. I think I could listen to you talk on any subject... See ya!
I’m a new sub here been using your recipes and REALLY ENJOYING your videos!!!!! My new FAV YT cook you are the rock star of cooking!!! I’m 58 yr old Nana here and I AM IMPRESSED!!! Julia you got it going ON!! 👍🏼 Btw you’re home is beautiful & so is your baby God Bless!!
You have a beautiful home!! I also have some special handmade furniture from my dad that I wouldn’t trade for a million dollars. You’ll treasure that table always. I think that decorating should match the person, and you’re doing a wonderful job. Don’t judge yourself too harshly. Your baby is precious and your husband seems to be a wonderful daddy. I have made some of your recipes- keep up the good work!! Thank you for letting us into your lives. That’s not always easy. My kids are almost grown and I’m almost 50- so it’s nice seeing a young family.
You are so sweet to me Deb thank you so much. You are always welcome into our lives. I’m sure your dad made you some gorgeous pieces of furniture as well, handmade furniture is already that much prettier than normal furniture especially from her dads :-) have a blessed day!
You should put a gate at top stairs too. My ex was supposed to be watching our son when I was packing suitcases for a trip and he left the door open and my son fell down the stairs in his walker. Thank God he was ok God was watching over him. And he wondered why I didnt let him watch our son. I dont know if you have stairs now but know you have a new baby and kid can climb out things. Anyway I think you have a new place gotta look Lol but this was soo nice for military housing. Have a great day! Love your entertainment center and that you leave a lot of space for your daughter. You are very wise thrifty and put the right things first. Family, food, cleanliness.
Thank you so very much for your concern! Yes, we definitely had to Kates in our old house and I need to get them upstairs in this house as well. Thank you so very much for watching and have a wonderful rest of your weekend🙌🏼
What a lovely home, Julia. 💖 I really like the kitchen, it’s nice sized and I’ve said this before but what a treasure your table is that your dad made. Brinley is so darn cute and I love her giggles. Thank you for sharing your sweet family and home with us. I love Will and Brinleys play time. Have a wonderful week. Hugs to you all. 🤗❣️🦋
Thank you for inviting us into your home. Base housing isn't so bad. I lived in them for over 25 years all over the world. I always tried my best to make it a HOME. I enjoyed living on base because everyone was living away from family. This made us all closer friends and we Always helped each other. You have made a Beautiful and cozy home for your sweet family.Your GREAT meals and your love for each other is what makes a Beautiful home. GOD bless you and your sweet family!
Thank you so much Teresa. I love the point that you brought up with the friends I agree with that 100% I have a couple really good friends here that are super close! I’m sure you did a wonderful job making your military houses feel like a home 💜
I really am impressed by your home .it's so modern and roomy. Our little Ranch home is under 1200 so. We are snug in here but happy .Thank you for sharing. 🏠🙏🏼♥️
Brindley looks just like Will. The table your Dad made is beautiful. My Dad made a mosaic coffee table before I was born. After he passed away & I moved, I took it with me. My Sister wanted it but I wouldn't give it to her... what can I say, I'm the spoiled baby girl of the family.
I am so very happy to have you here! Thank you so very much for watching and good for you trying to learn English this way. It is a very difficult language to learn for the first time as I understand!🙌🏼🙌🏼
Love the bathroom at the front door. Someone was thinking!!! I wish my house growing up had that. Cant tell you how many times coming home from school, I had to GO! LOL
Cute baby😍 love your place, it’s cosy and you’re organized. Julia enjoy your family and all the nice things you do in the kitchen. Thanks for sharing. Muito obrigada🌹🇵🇹
Thanks for the tour! Reminds me of my childhood home navy base home and they’re similar, but we had 4 homes connected together. The staircase is my favorite. I miss that staircase ❤️
Awe Julia, your house is so nice. The kitchen, and all the rooms are a nice size. I love your furniture too. Your pantry is not cluttered at all. Girl you are silly.... so sweet to see Will driving Brinley around house in her car....😊
You are so kind to me Sue thank you so much! Will drives her all over the neighborhood in that little car and everybody thinks it’s the funniest thing ha ha thank you so much for being here I hope you had a wonderful week 💜
To warm up the bedroom, try finding a quilt at Goodwill, and for a rug... check Walmart regularly for clearance ( watch for hidden clearance too, using local stores app.. sometimes the sale price is actually lower). Super Unsexy here on YT will tell you all about it😁
Thank you so much for the suggestions Sue! That would definitely warm the room up and make it so relaxing 💜 I really do appreciate the suggestions I’ll be on the lookout 😊
@@JuliaPacheco Check out any, if available, thrift stores too. I live close to a few consignment stores..so have been able to find many nice items at both stores. Such a beautiful home..
New sub. This is the first video I have seen. Your daughter is adorable, that is such a cute age. I remember when my girls were that age, it goes by so fast. I enjoyed your house tour.
Wow! Quarters sure are nice anymore. My husband retired in 94. Living on post then was a nice community but our “landlord” was pretty controlling. Sounds as if it is a little better now that it has gone to rental housing.
Thanks for the tour. I really like your home. The baby gates are a necessity with a toddler. My grandson is evidence of their importance. Don't worry about not having rugs. We compete with ourselves sometimes. If I could go back, I'd really try to be more frugal with my purchases. Blessings! ♥ Willette
Your house looks so nice compared to alot of military housing. I am simple when it comes to decorations too plus kids dont let you have nice things! Thanks for sharing!
Julia, your home tour was beautiful ! I love your walk in Closet it , every woman's dream ( smiles ) looking forward to watching the next cooking video .. Have a great weekend .
Is this the home you moved out of & than you cuties bought your new home? (I try to follow your beautiful little family but missed a few months, lol) Your doing amazing sweetie! Hugs:) 🤗💕
This was quite a while back. We have moved so much over the years, it’s hard to keep track! Thank you so much for your question and thank you so very much for your support💜💜
Hi Julia, Love the tour and seeing Will & Brinley playing together. Since I clean like that too here's my secret I leave all the the top drawers empty so I can just open and swipe everything right in😀. Now I curious on what's on the other side of the gate in the backyard. Probably won't get no sleep til the gate get open haha. Thanks for sharing 😷👍❤
Hahaha Paul you crack me up 😂 love that cleaning idea! There’s just a open field behind the home it’s really nice there’s some homes behind as well (: I hope you are doing well 😊
Thank you for the house tour! I love to see how everyone else lives. You have a beautiful home and beautiful family! I love the name Brinly. I lived in my home for about 4yrs now and just put pictures on the wall a few months ago, lol. But even that makes a big difference. Little by little I'll get there, lol.
You are so kind thank you so much I’m totally with you it takes one picture at a time to set a house up it feels like it takes forever :-) have a wonderful day
