In this episode I am exploring the mountains of Togo, West Africa. It's a beautiful area and the motorcycling is amazing here. The rainy season has started though, so I need to find some shelter to hide from a storm, but after that I continue to go and see a waterfall. A few kilometers before the waterfall, there is a roadblock and they do not like my helmet camera.

@@russkle2042 lol I don’t think this is about that … Africans treat white differently and besides that we know ourselves…just like the same way if you go to a foreign land that you have no idea of… because you might have a good perception of the people you would likely do certain things because of what believe and how perceive the people there especially if you believe the people are welcoming to your race

Hi Noraly, I’m watching all your episodes in a non-chronological way, but you know what …. it doesn’t make a difference because every episode is an adventure on it’s own! You are so amazing, humble and open-minded and showing respect to everyone you encounter, even if they treat you not fair all the time. But because you show how you are, you have, or better you get, a lot of respect back! Also I admire the way you are enjoying your trip all by yourself and your resilience and humour are beyond the normal standards! Noraly is completely at the mercy of people wherever she goes (she's certainly not helpless, but she is only one person), and so many of us care for her, but can do nothing to help from our seats (the only comfort is, the event happened about a month ago, and the video is up, so we know she is ok). So....stay safe, Noraly!

How do you know the event happen about a month ago, that is July 20th ?
@ZackaryMac

@goodman4093 because on one episode a while back, someone said that they knew about a certain tree that Noraly visited (the Cotton Tree, maybe?) was now gone, so she must have seen it just before it blew down, approximately a month before the video was released. Also, Noraly herself says she delays them to help prevent people from tracking and following her (she said this during her interview in England in July, I believe). Fame has its costs.

You are so brave. I travelled most of Europe and New Zealand on my moto. Including your home country, by myself. I gained a wonderful education and made so many friends, including being invited to ride with some of the most dangerous. Maori Hells Angels in NZ, white Hells Angels in Germany & Hispanic Hells Angels in Spain. I never once felt threatened. Biking is such a common ice breaker. I suppose it helped that I was an Irishman with a smile. I recommend it to everyone. Keep doing what you are doing.👍🇮🇪

Yep. I loved how they pointed at everything she was wearing and demanding to see what it filmed even if it wasn't a camera, meanwhile an actual camera goes unnoticed and is recording the entire event. "Lemme see camera!" "That's my GPS." "I want to see what you filmed with that!" "That's not a camera either. That's my flashlight." "Show us recordings of that!" "Not a camera. That is my watch." "That! Show me!" "That's my boot." "See video!" "Front tire." "Show!" "Rock." Yeah. Those guys were all over it.....except for the camera still recording.

Before I watched videos like this but it was just until I pass through the same situation that I really can feel the anxiety of this girl even if she smiles, but in her voice tone is very clear that she was not good. In the moment many thoughts come to your head because you don't know what kind of problems you can have.
