It's odd that they can bill you for being late... when they are late pretty much all the time. I've always wanted to send a doctor a bill for my time spent sitting in the waiting room. Not in any real hopes of getting paid, but only to hear their argument as to why they shouldn't have to pay for wasting my time, but I should pay when I waste theirs.
@@_JustJoe - No it's not a joke. Doctors and dentists are busy people, but so am I. Their time is valuable, but so is mine. Why do they get to bill me if I'm late to an appointment they made, but I can't do the same? No one else on the planet gets to make that kind of one sided, win-win deal. They can make you wait, but god forbid you make them wait.
What the hell are you paying for? You guys need a new healthcare system. I can make an appointment and as long as I'm not going there physically and they don't scan my healthcare card, they don't get any penny! Welcome in Germany. But make sure to not let it happen to often or else you're going to need a new doctor :)
That truck is a General M35 2 and a half ton 6x6. And the interesting thing is I live in Taunton but I never got to see it. There one of my favourite trucks just under the Oshkosh HEMTT.
Sentencing him to two years in prison, Judge Burgess KC said the 41-year-old was a man of "good character" who was in a "desperate state" and acted "wholly out of character".
@@lucgrag5574Migrant criminals all around europe are let free after graping, murdering and stealing but if you ram a police car you get 2 years, blatant dictatorship right in our faces.
This is exactly why old cars in the modern day are superior. No damage to it but the other cars are totalled... And the driver obviously doesn't even care. Strong steels
Not crushing the last police van shows something else about him. I think this man does only what is necessary, no more extra action. That is my kind of soldier.
They’ve unfortunately charged him with multiple counts of attempted murder on the cops. Saddest thing is that old Deuce and a half is probably gonna be crushed because of it. I can’t find a story on what started this
@@seanthe100cute. But I've seen what the courts do to men in western countries. It can drive even the most sane and respectful man with a false charge against him to do crazy things. Ruin his life and make him lose it all ...
@@seanthe100just because he’s committing a crime here, doesn’t mean he committed the other crime he’s being accused of, innocent until proven guilty. You should always say “allegedly” in situations like this because you’re technically committing Libel/Slander when you say they did something before the court has ruled it
“Private you better get there at 0600 sharp.” “Sergeant, there’s police barricades on the way.” “I don’t care, private, make it there on time or you’ll be court martialed.” “Yes, Sgt.”
This was a privately owned army truck, and the man had threatened someone in a domestic. The man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder of police.
In the US, that driver would have been 'taken out' at the wheel. Utter stupidity, and small wonder our police don't have resources to investigate other forms of 'real' crime.
Not condoning the use of deadly force by police departments, but I doubt whether any law enforcement agency in the US would have pussy-footed around with such a rogue driver. More especially when the vehicle is demonstrably difficult to halt. Right ? @burger408
It's very complicated in the US, cops does whatever they like and pleases them. They don't follow rules, instead they break them as well. By being negligent of their code to protect and serve. They do neither, they just say nahh we do what we want.
If you think uLes is a London thing your massively misinformed les zones are already over a lot of uk towns and other countries and ulez is a way to collect revenue once the zone is established it will be the whole country so anyone with classic cars older cars they like or just can’t afford the newest cars every 5 years will be forced to give up driving or pay per day witch is currently £4,500 a year . The government are getting massive handouts from energy companies to push electric cars and no gas in homes with electric heating and water so we are dependent on them so they can increase prices, it’s already a thing no engines built after 2030 no gas supplies in new builds. It’s what the oil companies did in the 80’s to get up on diesels in the first place.dam id love to drive that truck
This guy is no 'hero'. In court he admitted 11 charges of criminal damage, including destroying three police vehicles and his partner’s Range Rover, her iPhone, and four other cars. He also admitted charges of dangerous driving and 'assault by beating' (his partner). He was jailed for 2 years
@@al3xuk....I bet the army truck wasn't. Privately owned or not, the guy's not going to get his vehicle back ....no way. Police will keep it impounded..... then crush it a month later. They'll then send him the bill for the disposal of his army truck, plus all the damage he caused to the Police vehicles. The man may even end up losing his house. Guess he should have thought about his actions more, before embarking on this madcap chase.
Nine vehicles were left damaged after a privately-owned military truck was driven through a police road block. Officers attended an address in Norton Fitzwarren, near Taunton, at 16.40 BST on Sunday after reports a man made threats to a person living there. When they arrived a large military truck was driven at police vehicles, damaging four police cars and five other vehicles. No-one was injured. A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder of police officers. He has also been arrested on multiple counts of suspicion of criminal damage, Avon and Somerset Police said.
You can hear a racist crackhead saying 'they are too busy taking the knee for refugees' whilst taking their XL Bully round to a crack den with their 7 year old son.
This is a military order, the country needs more soldiers than policemen with their vehicles. Well done , you have done what i wanted to do since childhood 👏 ✔️
@TheGretnaMan what about the lives of the public and police, he clearly had no regard for and put at risk? Would you be saying that if he ran over your child or parent? 🍺
@andysinski6294 that's a good point but killing him won't make a difference to what he's done. The UK police will try everything they can before deciding to shoot
@@rubine2000Might be the fact a lot of british citizens rightnow are about to stand up and be heard. Making other peoples lives comfortable while ours is being turned upside down. Enough is enough.
That's an M35 Duece and half. They didn't come automatic. They were manual stick shift. They were built tough for a reason and could run on vegetable oil, among other things, if needed. Throw a snorkel in, and you could fully submerge the cab, and it would still keep going. They can take a lot of abuse without much issue and are easy maintenance. I really want to get one.
Can't believe it. I actually saw a plod actually running, or at least trying to, instead of waddling along. Most of the plods I have seen are overweight and unfit, especially the traffic wardens in police cars sitting around all day stuffing their faces with junk food.
