Milch Schnitte:
Biskvit:
5 jaja
40 g meda
20 g šećera (po mogućnosti smeđi)
1 vanilin šećer
60 g brašna
1/2 praška za pecivo
20 g tamnog kakaa
Prstohvat soli
- miksati jaja i šećer dok ne postanu pjenasta i svijetla. Dodati ostale sastojke, peći na pek papiru u velikom plehu, na 180* 10 min. Rezati vertikalno na dvije kore.
Krema:
10 g želatine nabubriti u hladnoj vodi
200 g krem sira
100 g lagano umiksanog šlaga
30 g meda
+
2 žl šećera u prahu ako želite slađe
- filati kolač, ostaviti ga najmanje 2 sata u frižider da se stegne.
Po želji svaki preliti još čokoladnom glazurom.

5 eggs
40 g of honey
20 g of sugar (preferably brown)
1 vanilla sugar
60 g of flour
1/2 baking powder
20 g of dark cocoa
A pinch of salt -
mix eggs and sugar until they become foamy and light.
Add the other ingredients, bake on baking paper in a large tray, at 180* for 10 min.
Cut vertically into two slices.
Cream:
Swell 10 g of gelatin in cold water
200 g of cream cheese
100 g of lightly whipped cream
30 g of honey
+ 2 tsp powdered sugar if you want it sweeter - flatten the cake, leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours to harden. If desired, cover each one with more chocolate glaze. The full video recipe is on RU-vid Just Katebake
