1 cup of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of flour
2 spoonful butter
1 egg yolk
1 pack of vanilla

Let's add the butter to the pan, let's fry it with flour after it melts, add the milk after it is lightly roasted. Before the milk heats up, add the egg yolk and sugar. After the custard boils and thickens, add vanillin. Let's pour the ready pudding into our casseroles. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until golden brown. You can serve it by adding hazelnuts or pistachios to it. I recommend that you consume it cold.
