@@Bsavvymusic I'm not from California and I don't know the whole law over there. I do think it's double edged tho. Ideally, we would be rehabbing and kid/dude would not come out and wanna be on the same shit. He would be able to be remorseful or at least not wanna talk about it at all in interviews and shit. He would go on to do better things. BUT, obviously we don't have as much of an emphasis on rehab in jail/prison AND some people just do not give a fuck to even try to change. So it's like, ideally people get a second chance and are set up to come back out and do better. Not every case is gonna end up that way tho.
