So many good memories listening to Millencolin. All thanks to my cousins boyfriend lol. I just remember him telling me “so I hear you like punk, have you heard of Millencolin?”.
The best punk rock group of alll time imo, by a substantial margin. the melodies, the energy, the harmonizing, the consistency over decades. nobody comes close, Millencolin is #1
Holy fckn..... damn man! This and some other tunes (eg. Punk O Rama compilations) have the power to make you feel SO ALIVE and transport you on time! ... glad punk crossed on my path (y)
When I am lozin' must in a conversation it makes me use my imagination start to think that they're after me cause I'm as shore as those monkeys hope the chat goes on and I feel smaller the guys in front of me they get taller when, when I open my mouth again to tell them something more they answer me with a hockeyscore Must be strong, can't be wrong lozin' must, yeah loozin' trust in yourself(x2) Well, I have this girl and I make here crazy when I'm gone she's bored and lazy I get a kick from pushin' her but I'm not sure about how she feels about it my favorite hockeyteam are strugglin' it makes my stomach bubblin' bad their hard time really makes me sad we had some fucked up years now it's time to whipe away those tears (chourus) It's been a tough time for me this past year lots of questions who I am or what I want to be I also found some answers the fog is gone I feel better every day and now the feeling is here to stay (chourus x2)
I had this video on a bootleg punk VHS I got in the late 90's, I used to think the video was about drugs because the start of the video with the meteorite and the end of the video where he wakes up were both cut off!
damn this vid was MIA for a long time. played this, along with 3 other 90's style punk anthems, for a battle of the bands. fairly easy solo to lean and catchy as fuck. and the vid is so FUCKING 90'S
Yet another tune I missed along the years .... Too old & my bones too fragile for my ass to get up & dance .... However .... I keep trying to learn new stuff .... Thx for the post.
For monkeys, pennybridge Pionner y Home from Home 😍 los llevo escuchando a millencolin más de 20 años. Es la única banda no heavy metal q amo, por la nostalgia q me trae.
I remember when this song was new. The video is good, the album was a bit slower than the first two. Same Old Tunes and Life On a Plate were better but Four Monkeys was alright. Having the third album being a repetition of the first two would have been lame so I respect them for trying something new.
